Alloy rim wax

Postby smartdj » Mon Jul 11, 2011 9:44 pm

Hi peeps after I polish my rims up real nice I'd like to keep them looking nice with some kind of wax maybe? Is this what you folks use?
Which is the best to go for. I'm looking for high shine and durability.
Maybe poor boys or meguires or something.

Help :)

The only real benefit of rim waxes is it gives an extra layer on the wheel itself which helps prevent brake dust burning/sticking to the wheel.

If you wash your car regularly then there is no real point in using it in all honesty.

The wheels on my corsa are diamond cut wonder wheels works just fine on them not caused any damage, I use swizzvax autobahn imo its the best ive used altho it is £30.Rim wax is also good.
