Jet wash would be fine as long as you've not damaged it. I'd reccomment soapy water and a sponge/soft brush.
Interior parts that get greasy can be cleaned with thinners or nail varnish remover. I'm forever getting grubby marks on my red interior and clean it with the stuff. It does'nt affect the colour or the finish.

How much would it be to do a dial cowl from an is200 all in black, it's kind of like that one but smaller.
